Lean Process Specialist

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Map existing processes and identify opportunities to eliminate waste using lean tools
• Facilitate kaizen events and continuous-improvement workshops with cross-functional groups
• Design and implement standardized work, visual management, and pull systems
• Track key performance metrics and report progress on lean transformation initiatives
• Coach frontline team members on problem-solving techniques and lean principles
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective-action projects that improve quality and throughput

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing methods such as value-stream mapping, 5S, and Six Sigma fundamentals
• Experience applying process-improvement projects in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills paired with clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead change while working effectively with operators, engineers, and managers
• Detail-oriented mindset with a track record of driving sustainable results
