Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory integrity to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate frontline associates so they meet performance standards and provide helpful customer service.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and transactions promptly while promoting store products and services.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll input, and labor management to cover all shifts efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the store floor and backroom.
• Monitor sales results and inventory levels, then report variances or opportunities to the Store Manager.
• Support loss-prevention practices and ensure company policies are followed by all team members.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or assistant management experience preferred, with a solid understanding of store operations.
• Strong customer-service orientation and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions independently.
• Basic computer skills for point-of-sale systems, email, and basic reporting tools.
