Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain corporate EHS policies, procedures, and management systems that support consistent performance across business units.

• Compile and analyze EHS performance metrics, prepare clear reports for leadership, and recommend targeted improvement strategies.
• Partner with operations, facilities, and engineering teams to integrate EHS considerations into daily work, capital projects, and contractor management.
• Support emergency-preparedness planning and facilitate drills that keep response capabilities current.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Progressive experience managing multi-site or corporate-level EHS programs with demonstrated results in compliance and culture building.
• Solid working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory frameworks common to U.S. industrial settings.
• Proficiency conducting audits, interpreting data, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project-management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration across organizational levels.
• Relevant professional credentials such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are advantageous though not mandatory.
