About the Role
Continental seeks a motivated intern to support the HR Business Partner team in Hannover. As an HR Business Partner intern, you'll collaborate with HR professionals to develop and execute workforce strategies that drive business results. What You'll Do
- Support HR Business Partners in delivering people-centric solutions to internal business stakeholders
- Assist with talent management initiatives, including recruitment support and onboarding processes
- Contribute to project work including process improvements, employee engagement, and organisational development
- Help prepare reports, analyses, and documentation to support HR strategy and decision-making
- Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to deepen your understanding of business partnership
- Support compliance with employment law and company HR policies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in human resources and organisational development
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is advantageous
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a professional workplace culture
