About This Position

What You'll Do

• Provide responsive customer support through phone, email, and chat systems

• Achieve client-specified service targets and internal performance goals
• Keep stakeholders informed of issue status through clear, professional communication
• Build rapport with customers and partners by demonstrating professionalism and genuine concern
• Stay informed about product and service offerings to provide informed support

Who We're Looking For

• Native or proficient Danish speaker with strong English communication ability
• Proven technical aptitude with computers, operating systems, and mobile devices

• Strong written and verbal communication with polished professional manner
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced settings
• Genuine customer-service orientation with solid interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Self-motivated performer who works well independently and as part of a team
• Help-desk, IT support, or systems administration background—a plus
