Position Summary

Join Genius Sports and become a Sports Data Collector specializing in football. You'll attend live football matches across Jamaica, including Jamaica Premier League fixtures and other competitions, capturing real-time, play-by-play game data using our proprietary software platform. This is flexible, game-based work where you're paid for each match you cover. We provide training and testing to ensure you're set up for success from day one.

Core Duties

• Attend live football events in the ST Ann's Bay area and across Jamaica, including Jamaica Premier League matches and lower-profile competitions
• Record accurate, real-time game data including scores, plays, fouls, substitutions, and other key match events
• Operate mobile technology and data collection software in a fast-paced, live match environment
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support official league records and media platforms

Requirements

• Strong, practical knowledge of football and the sport's rules, positions, and tactics
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach to work
• Availability for evening and weekend matches (when most football events occur)
• Comfortable using mobile technology and learning proprietary software quickly
• Must be 18 years of age or older
