What This Role Involves
As a Senior Software Engineer, Deep Learning, you'll lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models and systems. This full-time position is based at our Fremont, California headquarters, where you'll work on deep learning infrastructure powering autonomous vehicle capabilities. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and advance our technology stack.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement deep learning models for autonomous systems
- Optimize neural networks for performance, efficiency, and scalability
- Build and maintain robust training and inference pipelines
- Collaborate with ML researchers and engineers on model development
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor engineers on your team
- Debug and resolve complex issues in production deep learning systems

Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expert-level knowledge of deep learning frameworks and libraries
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or related systems languages
- Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models
- Strong foundation in neural network architectures and optimization techniques
- Experience with GPU computing and distributed systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
