Member Services Representative (18 Month Term) – St. Malo & St. Jean Baptiste Branches

Assiniboine Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative for an 18-month term position at our Saint-Jean-Baptiste and St. Malo branches. In this role, you'll be the face of our credit union, delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships with members in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Eldon community.

The Opportunity

This 18-month term position offers you the chance to be a cornerstone of member experience at Assiniboine Credit Union. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll combine interpersonal skill with financial service expertise across both branch locations. Whether members are conducting routine transactions or exploring digital banking, you'll ensure they feel heard, valued, and supported in reaching their financial goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist members with everyday banking transactions and digital banking solutions
• Listen actively to understand members' individual financial needs and circumstances
• Answer member questions with accuracy and a genuine service-first approach
• Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally
