About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Shillington, PA restaurant team. In this full-time role, you'll handle direct customer interactions, managing inquiries, orders, and concerns with professionalism and care. Based at our 5000 Shillington Plaza location, you'll be instrumental in creating positive experiences that keep customers coming back to Domino's.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to walk-in customers with friendly, efficient service
• Accurately take and process food orders through our point-of-sale system
• Handle customer payment transactions and reconcile cash or card transactions
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to their satisfaction
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timely preparation
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously during busy periods
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all operational procedures
