What This Role Involves

As the Micro Market and Vending Manager at John Flatley Company in Canton, MA, you take full ownership of micro market setups and vending equipment. This means guiding product selection, maintaining reliable access to snacks, beverages, and fresh items, tracking performance, and keeping every location clean, stocked, and fully functional so users enjoy consistent, high-quality convenience options.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assess inventory levels across micro markets and vending units, then restock products efficiently to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on machines and display units to keep them in continuous working order.
• Collect cash, reconcile payments, and process deposits accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor product movement and guest feedback to adjust offerings and improve selection relevance.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards at every stop on the route.
