About the Role
Springline Advisory seeks an experienced Tax Manager to drive tax planning, preparation, and advisory services for our growing client base. In this role, you'll work with partners and teams to deliver high-touch tax solutions that make a tangible difference for our clients across multiple industries.
Core Duties
- Oversee tax preparation and planning for corporate, partnership, and individual clients
- Lead tax compliance projects, ensuring timely and accurate filings with federal, state, and local authorities
- Develop proactive tax strategies to minimize client liability and optimize financial outcomes
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams on complex engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic guidance
- Stay current with evolving tax regulations and apply them to client situations
Requirements
- CPA license (active in Florida or eligible for reciprocal licensure)
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax law and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and client-facing experience
- Proficiency with tax software and standard accounting tools
