Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch appropriate resources and communicate incident details to field security personnel
• Document all incidents, observations, and responses in accordance with company protocols
• Maintain clear radio and phone communication with security teams in the field
• Perform routine system checks and report any technical malfunctions or concerns
