About the Role
As a Wireline Field Operator at Noble Casing Inc, you'll support critical well intervention activities in the field. Working under the direction of the Wireline Engineer, you'll contribute to safe, efficient wireline operations while maintaining focus on precision, teamwork, and operational excellence. This hands-on role combines technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety in a dynamic well-site environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare gun and setting tool components at the well site with precision and accuracy
- Support the Wireline Engineer and crew in executing wireline operations safely and efficiently
- Track equipment usage, maintain detailed operational logs, and document tool condition
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on wireline tools and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and your team in the field
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail in assembly and maintenance work
- Ability to work safely in field conditions and follow established operational procedures
- Physical capability to perform manual work and tolerate outdoor, variable weather environments
- Willingness to learn wireline operations and collaborate effectively with experienced professionals
