Assistant Property Manager

Commercial Real Estate Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support our operations team in Clayton, Saint Louis County. The Opportunity

As an Assistant Property Manager at Commercial Real Estate Company, you'll work alongside experienced property management professionals to oversee commercial, industrial, and retail properties. What You'll Do

• Support Property Manager(s) with day-to-day operations across commercial, industrial, or retail properties
• Execute property marketing initiatives to attract and retain quality tenants
• Manage financial activities including rent collection, expense tracking, and accounting coordination
• Ensure all property services align with established policies, procedures, regulations, and lease contracts
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance or repair requests
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Assist with lease administration and tenant communication

• Proven experience in property management or a related real estate operations role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills with property owners, tenants, and vendors
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of property management regulations and fair housing practices
