About the Role
This is a full-time position where you'll serve as a senior technical leader, designing and overseeing Salesforce-based solutions for our largest clients. You'll combine deep platform expertise with strategic leadership to drive successful digital transformations, manage high-performing teams, and shape the technical vision for complex, multi-module implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions aligned with client business strategy and technical requirements
- Lead and mentor solution engineering teams through all phases of design, development, and delivery
- Manage stakeholder relationships across client C-suite, technical teams, and internal Accenture leadership
- Drive technical excellence, best practices, and code quality across implementations
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and implementation methodologies
- Salesforce certifications (Solution Architect, Platform Developer, or equivalent)
- 8+ years of CRM or enterprise software implementation experience
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong background in business process analysis and solution design
- Excellent communication and client management skills
