About the Role

As a Film Physical Production Intern at Legendary Entertainment, you'll support the physical production team on live-action film projects. This part-time, semester-long internship provides direct exposure to the logistics, coordination, and day-to-day operations that bring major motion pictures from pre-production through principal photography.

Core Duties

• Assist in coordinating and organizing production schedules, call sheets, and logistics documentation
• Support the physical production team with on-set administrative tasks and crew coordination
• Help track equipment, materials, and resources across production departments
• Communicate with departments to gather and relay production updates and requirements
• Contribute to solving day-to-day production challenges under the guidance of senior staff
• Maintain production files, databases, and records with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student, pursuing a degree in film, media, production, or related field
• Availability to work part-time during the Fall 2026 program period (September 14 – November 20, 2026)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a high-pressure production environment
• Reliable transportation to the Magnolia Park location
• Enthusiasm for learning about film production and the entertainment industry
• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
