The Opportunity

As an Electrical Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of mid- to large-scale electrical installations and system integrations. This leadership role combines hands-on technical knowledge with strategic project oversight, allowing you to shape project outcomes from preconstruction through successful completion. You'll work with general contractors, architects, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Oversee crew coordination and labor scheduling across multiple job sites
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets; identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and material requirements
• Mentor junior project managers and field staff to build team capability
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction
• Proven track record managing significant projects with demonstrated success
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, code requirements, and construction processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel as needed
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
