RECRUITER – TEMP

The Honickman Companies is seeking a Recruiter for a full-time, temporary assignment (3-6 months) based in Pennsauken, Camden County. In this role, you'll manage comprehensive recruitment efforts across multiple business units and help build a strong team for the organization.

This full-cycle recruitment role supports The Honickman Companies' staffing needs across corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and administrative operations. Working directly with hiring managers, you'll identify qualified talent, streamline hiring processes, and maintain positive candidate relationships. This temporary position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact on hiring outcomes while engaging with diverse business functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement across multiple departments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and administrative positions
• Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interview scheduling
• Guide qualified candidates through the hiring process and manage offer coordination
• Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations
• Track key recruitment metrics and report progress to leadership
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent recruiting pipelines
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions and organizational levels
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance requirements
• Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
