• Direct recruitment operations and campaign execution across the region, handling multiple hiring initiatives
• Supervise a team of recruiters, offering coaching, performance feedback, and professional development
• Develop recruitment strategies that connect business needs with qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, leveraging English and Spanish fluency to engage a diverse talent pool
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress to leadership
• Partner with department managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring timelines

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar personnel management
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote setting
