Supply Chain Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager in Campbell, Santa Clara County to lead end-to-end supply chain execution for fabless semiconductor product families. This full-time role bridges design innovation and manufacturing reality, combining technical expertise with supply chain strategy.

The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you'll own the complete lifecycle of semiconductor supply chain operations—from initial tape-out through prototype validation, production ramp-up, and sustained high-volume manufacturing. You'll serve as the technical and strategic link between product architecture decisions and real-world manufacturing constraints, working to align material flow, production capacity, and customer demand into executable plans that keep programs on track and within cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for assigned semiconductor product families across all manufacturing phases
• Translate product architecture specifications and customer requirements into clear material planning, capacity forecasts, and manufacturing roadmaps
• Partner with foundries and outsourced assembly and test (OSAT) providers to align production timelines, qualify supply sources, and manage supply risk
• Manage prototype builds, design-for-manufacturability efforts, and production ramp schedules to meet program milestones
• Monitor supply chain health, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, and operations teams on supply chain planning and execution

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in semiconductor supply chain, program management, or manufacturing engineering—ideally in fabless environments
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, foundry partnerships, and assembly/test workflows
• Demonstrated ability to own complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept through sustained production
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier partners
• Familiarity with supply chain tools, ERP systems, and demand planning methodologies is valuable
