Maintenance Manager

Refresco is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Pennsylvania, US. As a global independent beverage solutions provider with production sites across North America, Europe, and Australia, we need an experienced maintenance leader to oversee operations and keep our facilities running at peak performance.

Position Summary

We're looking for a Maintenance Manager who will lead our maintenance operations and team. You'll be responsible for ensuring all production equipment, facility systems, and infrastructure are properly maintained, safe, and compliant with industry standards. This is a full-time role based on-site in Pennsylvania.

Core Duties

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of maintenance technicians and support staff
• Schedule preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and facility upgrades to minimize production downtime
• Diagnose equipment failures, coordinate troubleshooting, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and facility operating procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and performance documentation
• Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering teams on equipment performance and upgrades

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience, preferably in manufacturing or beverage production
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to supervise technical teams and manage maintenance workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
