Role Overview

The Premium Suites Chef Table Attendant plays a crucial role in creating memorable guest experiences within our exclusive suites. You'll be the cornerstone of personalized service, ensuring every detail exceeds the expectations of our most valued patrons. This position combines attentive service with a refined understanding of premium hospitality standards, supporting both culinary presentations and guest comfort throughout events at the Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in premium suite areas with warmth and professionalism
• Present menus and beverage selections with knowledge and sophistication
• Coordinate with culinary staff to time courses and orchestrate special presentations
• Clear tables between courses while maintaining immaculate service standards
• Respond promptly to guest requests and accommodate special dietary needs
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout events and report concerns to management
• Set up and break down premium suite stations before and after service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior fine dining or upscale hospitality service experience preferred
• Ability to remain composed during high-volume entertainment events
