Core Duties

• Maintain and care for plant installations at client locations throughout Des Plaines and Cook County
• Perform regular watering, pruning, and plant health assessments
• Monitor plant condition and address common issues to ensure healthy growth
• Provide clients with professional guidance on plant care and ongoing maintenance
• Document service visits and plant conditions for accurate record-keeping
• Ensure work areas remain clean and organized during and after service visits

Requirements

• Genuine interest in plant health and horticulture
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and work comfortably in varied environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
