  • Communicate directly with subcontractors and suppliers regarding scope, availability, and delivery expectations
  • Provide project managers with scheduling support, availability assessments, and resource allocation recommendations
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and project records to ensure data integrity and easy access by project teams

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience coordinating or supporting construction projects or similar operational environments
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database systems
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with vendors, subcontractors, and colleagues
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
