Project Coordinator

Join Olgoonik as a Project Coordinator in Coronado, Pima County, supporting the successful delivery of diverse construction projects. This full-time position places you at the operational center of project execution, partnering with project leadership to keep initiatives organized, vendors engaged, and budgets on track.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator role is central to Olgoonik's construction operations, providing essential administrative and logistical support across multiple projects. You'll work directly with project managers to coordinate bid development, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth resource planning throughout each project lifecycle. Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners are essential to success in this position.

Core Duties

• Coordinate bid-phase activities including sourcing subcontractor and vendor quotes, organizing cost information, and maintaining bidding documentation
• Monitor project budgets, track vendor pricing, and maintain accurate cost databases
• Manage resource scheduling and crew availability planning to align with project timelines and overall portfolio needs
• Communicate directly with subcontractors and suppliers regarding scope, availability, and delivery expectations
• Provide project managers with scheduling support, availability assessments, and resource allocation recommendations
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and project records to ensure data integrity and easy access by project teams

Who We're Looking For

• Experience coordinating or supporting construction projects or similar operational environments
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database systems
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with vendors, subcontractors, and colleagues
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities in a dynamic construction setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; construction or project management experience is a plus
