What You'll Do

• Welcome and seat patrons promptly upon arrival
• Record food and beverage selections accurately and completely
• Coordinate with culinary staff to deliver meals on schedule
• Present dishes and refreshments with proper technique
• Handle cash, card, and digital payment methods
• Maintain station cleanliness and supply inventory
• Address guest needs and preferences with professionalism
• Support colleagues during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Capacity to work full-time, flexible scheduling
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Physical stamina for standing and carrying service items throughout shifts
• Previous restaurant or hospitality background a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols
• Punctuality and professional presentation
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and payment processing
