Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to order, maintaining Waffle House's standards for quality and consistency
• Operate the grill efficiently during high-volume periods while keeping accuracy and speed in balance
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines throughout each shift
• Keep your cooking station stocked, organized, and ready to serve
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with servers and teammates to deliver a welcoming experience
• Be available to cover daytime, evening, and overnight shifts as needed
