Role Overview
As a Line Cook at Fixins Soul Kitchen, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, managing key cooking stations during service. This is a hands-on position in a high-volume restaurant where precision, speed, and consistency matter equally. You'll report to our Chef and work as part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional food, every single time.
What You'll Do
- Operate sauté and fryer stations with proficiency, managing multiple orders during peak service
- Prepare fresh ingredients and finished dishes following our proprietary recipes and plating standards
- Maintain strict quality control, ensuring every dish meets Fixins Soul Kitchen's exacting specifications
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to keep service flowing smoothly
- Keep your station organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
