As a Distributor Operator for Hall Contracting of Kentucky, you'll be a key member of our asphalt paving crews throughout the Louisville area. Your Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt distributor equipment safely and precisely across various paving projects
- Apply hot liquid asphalt or emulsion at specified rates and temperatures to achieve proper coverage
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on distributor trucks and spray systems
- Coordinate timing and application with the paving crew to ensure quality results
- Monitor equipment function and report mechanical issues or repairs needed
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices on job sites
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and organization between shifts and projects
