About the Role

As an Associate III at Tapestry, you are essential to the in-store experience at our Ontario store. Your day centers on creating engaging interactions with customers, showcasing our collections of handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor, and maintaining an elevated shopping environment. This part-time role gives you flexibility while building meaningful experience in retail and customer engagement for a globally recognized brand known for its optimistic, distinctive design philosophy.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers with product selection and styling advice
• Build customer relationships and support their shopping journey across our full range of handbags, accessories, apparel, and lifestyle products
• Maintain visual displays and merchandise presentations to reflect current seasonal collections
• Manage inventory, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling
• Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming for every visitor
• Support store operations and collaborate with teammates to meet daily objectives
