These are full-time, in-seat driving positions handling no-touch freight — meaning you move the load, not the dock work. Hirschbach keeps drivers in late-model, premium equipment and routes freight designed to protect both your time and your back. With 99% no-touch loads, you stay focused on the road and the miles.
Compensation & Incentives
- Earning potential up to $150,000 annually*
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers*

What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle safely across assigned routes
- Transport no-touch freight on schedule, maintaining on-time performance
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Manage hours-of-service compliance using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status and any delays
- Adhere to all federal DOT regulations and company safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Current DOT medical examiner's certificate
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Solid knowledge of hours-of-service rules and ELD operation
- Strong commitment to on-road safety and professional conduct
- Ability to report to or service the Chickamauga, Hamilton County area
