As a Licensed Clinician at Main Template, you'll be at the center of our mental health mission—delivering direct therapeutic services while orchestrating care coordination across our clinical team and community partners. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based clinical mental health services and therapeutic interventions to program members and their families
• Coordinate mental health support activities across the clinical team and with outside agencies, including the Conservator's Office and Public Guardian's Office
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure continuity and consistency of care
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and care coordination initiatives
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and client records
• Communicate effectively with families, team members, and community agencies

Qualifications

• Current California state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Demonstrated professional experience in clinical mental health service delivery
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice
• Reliable transportation for work in the Ocean Beach, San Diego area
