The University of Miami seeks a Research Assistant Professor in Urology to lead and support research initiatives in this rapidly evolving field. What You'll Do

• Design, conduct, and publish original research in urology or related disciplines
• Supervise and mentor graduate students, medical students, and research staff
• Collaborate with department faculty on multidisciplinary research projects
• Seek and secure external research funding and grants
• Contribute to the academic and intellectual life of the Department of Urology
• Present research findings at professional conferences and peer-reviewed publications

What We're Looking For

• PhD, MD, or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant biomedical discipline
• Demonstrated research productivity and publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Experience designing and conducting independent research projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
• Commitment to mentoring the next generation of researchers
