The Recess Monitor position at Cascade Christian Schools is a part-time role focused on creating a safe, positive, and engaging outdoor play environment. You'll work directly with students during recess periods, helping them develop healthy social skills, resolve conflicts, and enjoy supervised physical activity. Your Responsibilities

• Supervise students on the playground and outdoor recreation areas, maintaining constant vigilance for safety
• Enforce school policies and behavioral expectations during recess periods
• Respond to student conflicts and address behavioral issues appropriately
• Encourage positive peer interactions and inclusive play
• Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns to school administration immediately
• Assist with organizing and facilitating recreational games and activities
• Monitor playground equipment and facilities for hazards or maintenance needs
