Role Overview
As a Folder Gluer Operator at our Raleigh facility, you'll operate and monitor folding and gluing equipment that forms a critical part of our card manufacturing process. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you'll ensure every product meets our exacting quality standards while maintaining consistent output targets. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to a leading manufacturer of collectible trading card games.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate folder gluing machines according to production specifications and setup instructions
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs or mechanical issues immediately
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure adherence to company standards
- Maintain accurate production records and track output metrics
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and resolve production challenges
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
What You Bring
- Experience operating industrial folding or gluing equipment, or strong aptitude for learning machine operation
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work reliably in a manufacturing production environment
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills and willingness to follow equipment documentation
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to workplace protocols
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production teams
