Material Coordinator I-II

About the Role

As a Material Coordinator at Halliburton's New Iberia facility, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing materials, inventory, and supply chain logistics. You'll work directly with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams to maintain accurate records, coordinate deliveries, and optimize material flow throughout our operations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and completeness
• Support warehouse and logistics operations
• Communicate with internal teams on material availability and status
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
• Document transactions and maintain organized material records

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training preferred
• Experience in materials management, inventory coordination, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and computer software
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Reliable, safety-conscious work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop in the energy industry
