About the Role
As Community Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations and strategic vision of your property. You'll oversee everything from resident relations and lease management to maintenance coordination and financial performance, ensuring the community operates at the highest standards and delivers an exceptional living experience.
What You'll Do
- Direct all property management functions, including resident communications, lease enforcement, and community policies
- Recruit, train, and supervise property staff members, fostering a high-performing team culture
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operating costs while maintaining service quality
- Address resident concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain positive community relations
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to keep the property safe, clean, and well-maintained

- Track key performance metrics and report on occupancy, revenue, and operational health
