As a Listing Agent with Epique Realty in Ludington, you'll be at the center of our client relationships, guiding homeowners from the decision to sell through successful closing. This is a relationship-driven, client-focused position where your market knowledge and communication skills directly impact your success and your clients' outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential property listings throughout Ludington and West Michigan
• Evaluate properties accurately and help clients understand competitive market positioning
• Market listings effectively using MLS, digital channels, and local networks
• Coordinate showing schedules and facilitate property viewings for prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible results
• Guide clients through inspections, appraisals, and the closing process
• Build and maintain a strong referral network within the Ludington community
• Stay current on local market trends, inventory levels, and pricing strategies
• Provide professional advice on property presentation and staging

What We're Looking For

• Current Michigan real estate license (or ability to obtain one)
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or equivalent sales background
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency with MLS systems and real estate technology platforms
• Knowledge of the Ludington and West Michigan real estate market (preferred)
