As Warehouse Office Support staff, you're the operational glue holding together our distribution center's daily activities. This position bridges warehouse floor operations and management systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth team coordination, and timely resolution of administrative needs.

What You'll Do

• Enter, verify, and maintain operational data and warehouse documentation to support accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate communications between warehouse teams and office management to keep operations aligned
• Process and route administrative requests, forms, and reports with attention to detail
• Troubleshoot system issues and vendor-related concerns, escalating appropriately to management
• Support scheduling, tracking, and reporting functions that enable distribution center management
• Answer phones and direct inquiries related to warehouse operations and logistics
• Organize and maintain filing systems and digital records for compliance and accessibility
