Assistant Store Manager

CHR CORP. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our convenience store in Edisonville, Lancaster County. In this full-time position, you'll support store operations, lead a team, and gain hands-on experience managing a retail location that serves the local community.

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the backbone of our Edisonville store's day-to-day operations. You'll step in whenever the Store Manager is away, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from customer service to cash management to team supervision. What You'll Do

• Deliver professional, attentive service to every customer who walks through the door
• Operate the point-of-sale system and manage cash register transactions accurately
• Handle cash collection, verification, and reconciliation to maintain proper store cash levels
• Supervise staff during your shifts, holding the team accountable for performance and service standards
• Monitor store inventory and coordinate stocking activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked store environment
• Open and close the store according to company procedures
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
