About the Role

As a Sales Associate at our Minnetonka store, you'll be the welcoming face of Chicos Fas—engaging customers, showcasing our products, and building relationships that keep them coming back. Working part-time, you'll support management in cultivating a customer-first, product-focused sales environment where great service and strong results go hand in hand. This is a role where you'll develop retail expertise while contributing directly to store profitability and team success.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with genuine warmth, helping them find exactly what they're looking for
• Demonstrate product knowledge and make confident recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely, handling cash and other payment methods
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized and inviting
• Support your management team with opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and store operations
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
