About the Role

In this full-time Customer Service Associate II position, you'll be at the heart of our store operations in Dalton. You'll support our team in delivering excellent service, maintaining an organized shopping environment, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of Dollar Tree.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and answer questions about products and promotions
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and organizing products throughout the store
• Support daily store operations including inventory management and store cleanliness
• Work the sales floor to help customers locate items and complete their purchases
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve store goals and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
