About the Role
As a Personal Lines Processor, you'll be at the center of our personal insurance operations. This role demands precision, organization, and a commitment to excellent client service. You'll handle everything from policy applications through renewals, ensuring every transaction meets our high standards and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
- Process personal lines insurance applications, policies, and supporting documentation with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain client records, update policy information, and manage policy changes in our management systems
- Support producers and account managers with administrative tasks, client communications, and day-to-day policy management
- Track policy renewals and cancellations, preparing renewal notices and supporting clients through transitions
- Verify policy details, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and flag issues for producer review
- Coordinate with clients and carriers to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information
- Maintain organized files and records, both digital and physical, with complete documentation
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing applications and managing records
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software; insurance industry experience a plus
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal interactions
