About the Role

As a Senior Payer Strategy Analyst, you operate at the critical intersection of healthcare finance and operations. You'll work with complex healthcare datasets and financial systems to uncover patterns that matter to leadership and operational teams.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain reimbursement rate models to assess payer performance and payment methodologies
• Deliver financial insights that support contract negotiation strategies and improve outcomes
• Analyze healthcare claims data and develop optimization recommendations for revenue management
• Generate reports and visualizations that communicate complex financial analysis to clinical and administrative stakeholders
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to align analytics with organizational priorities
• Monitor payer trends and reimbursement changes to anticipate impacts on system revenue

What We're Looking For

• Advanced proficiency with EPIC and other healthcare information systems
• Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payer contract structures
• Strong analytical foundation with demonstrated experience managing large financial datasets
• Proficiency with financial modeling tools and healthcare analytics platforms
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics, payer management, or financial strategy experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, economics, or related discipline
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings to diverse audiences
