About the Role
This is a full-time position focused on managing complex regulatory projects and ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. You'll coordinate major filings with regulatory commissions, respond to regulatory inquiries, and oversee the strategic oversight of submissions before commission reviews.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end project coordination for regulatory filings and commission submissions
- Serve as primary point of contact with regulatory agencies, customers, and external regulatory stakeholders
- Lead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and deadlines
- Prepare responses to commission inquiries and regulatory requests
- Participate in and facilitate regulatory working groups across departments
- Provide oversight and quality assurance on all filings before commission submittal
- Develop and maintain regulatory project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and documentation for regulatory submissions
What We're Looking For
- Proven project management experience, ideally in energy, utilities, or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes and commission procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with regulatory bodies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with regulators and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
