Informatics Lead

Humana is seeking an Informatics Lead to join our team in Five Points, Wake County. In this full-time position, you'll leverage data analytics and business intelligence to drive strategic decisions and enhance our healthcare programs and patient outcomes.

About the Role

As an Informatics Lead, you'll serve as a critical bridge between business objectives and actionable data insights. This position focuses on analyzing complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources to support organizational decision-making and improve the effectiveness of our CenterWell programs and assets across the healthcare landscape.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer journeys and healthcare program data to identify performance improvement opportunities and drive measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with analytics teams, IT departments, and cross-functional business units to extract and interpret insights from diverse data sources
• Solve complex business challenges using data-driven methodologies and analytical frameworks
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive decision-makers and stakeholders throughout the organization
• Manage projects spanning diverse scopes and complexity levels while maintaining analytical rigor and business alignment

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in data analytics, business intelligence, healthcare informatics, or related analytical disciplines
• Strong ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a collaborative environment
• Proven competency in analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into clear business insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting analytical work to diverse audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and scope simultaneously
