What You'll Do

• Perform precision haircuts and styling for a diverse guest clientele
• Execute comprehensive color services, including single-process color, dimensional highlights, and corrective techniques
• Provide permanent wave treatments and specialized chemical hair services with technical expertise
• Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand each guest's preferences and hair care goals
• Recommend professional hair care products and maintenance treatments to maximize results
• Maintain salon standards for cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance
• Achieve service and sales goals while prioritizing guest satisfaction and quality outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Active, valid cosmetology license from the State of Illinois
• Hands-on experience with cutting, color work, permanent waves, and specialty treatments
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Genuine commitment to guest-centered, wellness-focused service
• Professional grooming standards and salon-ready presentation
