Legal Assistant – Litigation

GrayRobinson Branding is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Highland Beach, Palm Beach County office. If you bring 10 years of commercial litigation expertise and a proven track record supporting complex legal matters, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position where you'll provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys handling sophisticated litigation cases.

About the Role

As a Legal Assistant in our Highland Beach location, you'll be at the center of our litigation practice, delivering high-level administrative and operational support that keeps complex cases moving forward. You'll work directly with multiple attorneys on matters ranging from case preparation to discovery management, bringing organization, attention to detail, and litigation expertise to every project.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys specializing in commercial litigation
• Manage case files, discovery documents, and legal research materials with precision and compliance
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence under attorney direction
• Coordinate deposition scheduling, court filings, and case timelines
• Assist with client intake, legal research, and case strategy development
• Maintain organized case documentation and litigation calendars
• Support all aspects of commercial litigation from initial representation through trial preparation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial litigation support
• Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms, case management software, and standard office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with legal terminology fluency
• Exceptional organizational abilities and deadline management in a fast-paced environment
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential legal matters
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex cases and support multiple attorneys simultaneously
