About the Role

As an Integrated Care Program Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of CLM's innovative integrated care approach. In this part-time position based in East Derry, you'll help coordinate and facilitate comprehensive outpatient mental health services that bring together multiple treatment modalities for adult and elder clients.

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Integrated Care Program team
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and record management for program participants
