About the Role
As a Personal Trainer at our O'Fallon location, you'll work directly with clients to design and execute customized fitness programs tailored to their goals, abilities, and preferences. What You'll Do
- Assess client fitness levels, goals, and limitations to create personalized workout plans
- Demonstrate proper exercise technique and provide real-time correction and guidance during sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust training programs based on client performance and feedback
- Motivate and educate clients on fitness principles, injury prevention, and sustainable habits
- Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Current personal training certification from a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and safe training principles
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
