Shift Leader

Shift Leaders play a critical role at Little Caesars, managing daily operations and leading teams across our Georgetown, Ottawa County location. This is a full-time position for someone ready to drive excellence in a fast-paced food service environment where growth and teamwork matter.

About the Role

As a Shift Leader at Little Caesars in Georgetown, you'll oversee restaurant operations during your assigned shifts, from team coordination to quality assurance. This role combines hands-on involvement in food preparation and customer service with supervisory responsibilities that keep everything running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for your team, setting the tone for professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and supervise crew members during your shift
• Ensure food quality, preparation standards, and health and safety compliance
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate orders
• Process transactions, handle cash, and reconcile registers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Communicate with management on operational needs and team performance
